Can you share the story behind the inception of Fintazia? What inspired you to start this outsourcing company, and how has the journey been so far?
The inception of Fintazia has an interesting origin! Personally, I spent four years working in an outsourcing company before taking on the role of Head of Operations in a financial institution in 2022. During my tenure, I closely interacted with numerous clients and observed a substantial demand for services in operations. Many clients expressed interest in such services, prompting me to discuss the idea of launching a business that caters to these needs with my manager/mentor at the time.
To my surprise, he responded with a simple "yes, let's do it." This marked the beginning of an exciting journey. Over several months, we dedicated ourselves to extensive work, research, and collaborations with partners. Today, Fintazia stands as a reality, born from a casual discussion and fuel led by the collective efforts of a team with years of experience, a valuable network of connections, extensive knowledge, and a solid structure.
We have many exciting plans for the company; we aim to solidify our online presence and become the leading service provider for Malta and Europe.

From a leadership perspective, what leadership style do you adopt in steering Fintazia, and how do you foster a culture of innovation and excellence with your team?
I personally don't believe in a one-size-fits-all leadership style. Instead, we strive to adapt to each situation, placing utmost importance on respect for both our team and clients. We're passionate about what we do, and we take our work seriously while maintaining a human touch. Clear communication and shared goals bind us together as a team.
