Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients via live chat and emails regarding payment and system queries.
  • Liaise between the payments team and clients to request payment-related information and documents.
  • Perform diverse data entry tasks and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Act as a backup for processing manual payments and troubleshooting payment issues.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and contribute to creating documentation such as agreements.
  • Deliver accurate quotations and facilitate OTC trades with partners.
  • Improve OTC Desk trading volumes by understanding client liquidity requirements, innovating solutions for both high and low touch execution services, and offering dedicated client assistance for trade execution and liquidity management.
  • Handle trading-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Background within the cryptocurrency sector, with traditional finance experience being an additional asset.
  • A keen interest in blockchain technology and digital/crypto assets.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electronic trading systems, liquidity, and trading ecosystems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment to align stakeholders and achieve scaling objectives.
  • Familiarity with payment methods (SEPA, SWIFT).
  • Proven experience in client communication via chat and email.
